I can die happy now!

Today was deeply surreal.

We got to the email a few days ago to say that Bruce Dickinson had invited us on his radio show and to be honest I never really thought it was going to happen. When the lead singer of the most successful and influential Heavy Metal band on the planet invites you on his show you tend to think, 'I'm dreaming' or 'I'm drunk' or 'He’s got the wrong people.' Travel forward a few days. Marc, Tim and I are sitting in Bruce's studio and he's telling us a funny story about monks swinging on a giant ball of incense. Apparently I’m not dreaming or drunk and we’re the right people, because he’s asking us about our album and he’s got the title right and everything. It will be aired the 14th of May on BBC 6 and I have to say it was a bloody lovely day. Bruce has an infectious energy and a childlike enthusiasm for music and is a totally lovely bloke. What an honour, what a day and what a top man!
